All service fees are stated in advance or agreed upon before work begins. Payment must be made as agreed. Late or missing payments may lead to suspension of services until settlement.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. A refund may be considered if:
The service was not started; or
There is a proven error caused by AccTopPro.
All refund requests must be sent to support@AccTopPro.com within a reasonable period after payment. No refunds apply to completed or ongoing work already reviewed and accepted by the client.
AccTopPro provides services with professional care but does not guarantee any specific result or outcome. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for damages caused by client misuse or delay.
